As the Vice President of Product Marketing, you will play a transformative role in shaping our market leadership and accelerating growth. This role demands exceptional storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in pricing and packaging to drive value, resonate with diverse audiences, and secure competitive advantages. You'll collaborate across teams to elevate Aidoc’s position as a trusted advisor and innovator in healthcare AI.

Responsibilities

Strategic Storytelling & Product Narrative Development

  • Master the Story: Develop and own Aidoc’s overarching product narrative, transforming complex technical capabilities into relatable, outcome-driven stories that resonate with healthcare leaders.
  • Tailor to Audiences: Craft messaging frameworks that address the unique perspectives of key personas, including hospital executives, service line leaders, and IT leaders, ensuring Aidoc’s value is clear and compelling.
  • Evangelize the Vision: Serve as the chief product storyteller and evangelist, articulating Aidoc’s mission, vision, and value to internal teams, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders through presentations, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop deep customer insights through direct engagement, advisory boards, and persona research to craft narratives that deeply resonate with buyers.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Data Science Team to gather real-world customer stories, testimonials, and case studies to reinforce Aidoc’s market leadership.

Pricing & Packaging Strategy

  • Develop Strategic Models: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Finance to design pricing models and packaging strategies that align with customer needs, maximize market opportunity, and drive profitability.
  • Optimize Value Delivery: Ensure pricing and packaging strategies reflect the unique value of Aidoc’s solutions and are adaptable to customer segments, competitive dynamics, and evolving market demands.
  • Enable Sales: Provide tools and training to Sales teams to communicate pricing structures and packaging options effectively, emphasizing ROI and competitive differentiation.

Product Strategy, Positioning & Differentiation

  • Drive Alignment: Partner with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with market trends, customer challenges, and competitive gaps, ensuring Aidoc’s solutions remain indispensable to healthcare systems.
  • Position for Impact: Develop differentiated, high-impact positioning and messaging for Aidoc’s platform and solutions that stand out in the clinical AI market.
  • Articulate ROI: Build narratives that communicate measurable value and ROI for healthcare organizations, emphasizing Aidoc’s ability to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and reduce costs.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Accelerate Product Launches: Lead GTM strategy for new product introductions, market expansions, and platform enhancements, ensuring cohesive storytelling from development to market.
  • Enable Sales Teams: Provide Sales and Customer Success teams with storytelling tools such as talk tracks, customer case studies, pricing playbooks, and ROI calculators.
  • Align with Sales and Demand Generation to develop pipeline acceleration plays that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Drive product adoption and expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell campaigns.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Insights-Driven Strategy: Gather and synthesize market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform pricing strategies, product marketing, and competitive positioning.
  • Empower Teams: Create battle cards, win-loss analyses, and competitive comparisons, embedding narrative elements that empower sales teams to overcome objections and win deals.
  • Implement ongoing market segmentation analysis to ensure Aidoc’s positioning remains ahead of industry shifts and competitors.
  • Establish a formalized process for win/loss analysis and feedback loops from Sales to optimize messaging and objection handling.

Vertical & Industry Marketing

  • Segment-Specific Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies for healthcare segments, highlighting the distinct advantages of Aidoc’s solutions in addressing their unique challenges.
  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate with industry experts to develop high-value content—whitepapers, case studies, webinars—that position Aidoc as a leader in clinical AI.
  • Position Aidoc as a thought leader in AI for healthcare by actively contributing to industry discussions, writing bylined articles, and representing the company at key AI & healthcare events.
  • Partner with the Product and Data Science teams to create simplified messaging around AI-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI considerations in healthcare.

Brand & Demand Generation Alignment

  • Align with and drive Growth Goals: Partner with Brand, Demand Generation, and Digital teams to integrate product messaging and pricing narratives into campaigns that amplify awareness, generate leads, and drive pipeline acceleration.
  • Consistent Narrative: Maintain cohesive, value-driven storytelling across all marketing touchpoints, from digital campaigns to sales materials.

Leadership & Organizational Impact

  • Build & Inspire Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and storytelling excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments to align strategies and ensure that product narratives, pricing, and packaging resonate at every customer touchpoint.

Performance Optimization

  • Define Success Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the impact of product marketing initiatives, including pricing and packaging performance, lead generation, win rates, and customer retention.
  • Iterate for Impact: Continuously refine storytelling frameworks, pricing models, and marketing strategies using insights from campaign performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior product marketing leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or digital healthcare.
  • Proven Track Record: Expertise in creating and executing GTM strategies, developing differentiated product positioning, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Pricing Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing and packaging strategies that align with market needs and customer segments.
  • Storytelling Mastery: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, clinicians, and technical buyers.
