Description

We’re looking for a Creative Director (Remote US) and master storyteller to shape how the world—and in particular health systems—understands clinical AI. This is a rare opportunity to turn a wealth of raw messaging, proof points, and happy customers into a cohesive, emotionally resonant brand that reflects our scale and ambition. Your mission is to translate the complex, life-saving power of our technology into simple, understandable, and memorable narratives.

This is a role for a leader who thrives on high expectations and a dual mandate: You will be the architect of our new, long-term brand visual foundation while simultaneously executing the fast-paced creative needed to fuel day-to-day business. You must know how to balance rigor with speed, testing and learning to find what works ("Move Fast") while pushing for a distinctive voice ("Stand Out"). We're seeking someone to help us create a brand that is premium, credible, and surprisingly relatable.

Reporting to the VP of Brand and Communications, you’ll be both strategist and maker—someone who thrives on turning big ideas into bold campaigns and polished deliverables. You are as comfortable defining a new typography system as you are art directing a video shoot or designing a high-performing internet ad.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Concepting & Execution: Own end-to-end development of campaign creative—including the core theme, visual style, and headline messaging—ensuring alignment with strategic content goals and audience needs.
  • Brand Identity Stewardship: Lead the evolution and execution of our visual identity system (typography, color, layout, iconography) across all channels. You will be the guardian of our creative principles, responsible for scaling our look-and-feel while preventing 'design-by-committee' and ensuring our brand evolves with a distinct edge.
  • Art Direction & Video Storytelling: Define and direct the visual narrative for video, photography, and motion graphics, from top-of-funnel campaigns to product launches. You will be the arbiter of our 'taste-level,' briefing and managing motion designers, videographers, and agencies to ensure everything feels like it came from one cohesive, high-quality universe.
  • Hands-On Design: Actively contribute to the design and production of key creative assets, including landing pages, paid media, sales decks, event branding, and motion graphics. You’re as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are setting direction and managing designers.
  • Vendor Oversight: Manage external creative partners, freelancers, and production vendors as needed to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Provide visual direction and feedback to external production partners and agency collaborators
  • Collaborative Messaging Development: Work in close partnership with the communications team to align on messaging strategy, shape headlines and copy concepts, and ensure a cohesive creative narrative across all brand and campaign work.
  • Creative Strategy: Translate complex AI and clinical ideas into simple, compelling, and memorable creative that cuts through in the digital health space.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders across brand, growth, product marketing, content, and sales to support major campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives with effective creative assets.
  • Creative Operations: Help optimize workflows, timelines, and design systems to improve efficiency while maintaining creative excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand and creative roles, with proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • A world-class portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, executional craft, and a high-end 'taste-level' across digital, brand, video, and campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in visual storytelling, with a sharp eye for design, layout, typography, and especially motion and video.
  • Proven experience developing campaign themes and headlines in collaboration with content and marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions that balance brand standards with creative freedom and the need to "Move Fast."
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketers, product teams, and senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proven experience art directing video and motion design; hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects) is a major plus, but the ability to brief, judge, and elevate motion work is essential.
