About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.
Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

  • Identify legal, operational, and business risks early and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions that protect the company while preserving momentum.
  • Build and implement scalable legal processes, templates, playbooks, approval frameworks, intake and triage workflows, and self-service resources.
  • Participate in / lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Draft, negotiate and work on commercial and other contracts.

Requirements

  • A law degree and active admission to at least one relevant bar,
  • 8+ years of relevant experience and significant in-house diverse work in global software, healthcare, or other regulated business.
  • Strong commercial and technology transactions experience, including negotiating complex agreements with enterprise customers, partners, vendors, and other sophisticated counterparties.
  • A well-rounded generalist background extending beyond commercial contracting into areas such as corporate law, product counseling, intellectual property, AI and technology, labor law, and regulatory matters.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, hospitals and health systems, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry is an advantage.
  • A track record of building or improving legal processes, systems, tools, playbooks, or operating models; experience with legal operations, contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, or legal technology is a strong plus.
  • A proactive, forward-looking mindset: you anticipate needs, identify patterns, and address legal, operational, and business issues before they become urgent.
  • Strong commercial judgment and business savvy, with the ability to weigh risk against opportunity and find creative, pragmatic paths forward.
  • Collaborative leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to build trust, align stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor others, and move work forward without relying on formal authority.
