We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and support the company’s global operations.

This role requires strong technical skills, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices, manage vendor accounts, and execute payments in a multi-currency environment.
• Manage bookkeeping activities and perform month, quarter, and annual closing procedures across all global entities.
• Prepare and reconcile P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile bank account ledgers.
• Manage VAT reporting, withholding tax, and communication with tax authorities and regulators.
• Support financial audits and assist with additional tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (experience as a sole bookkeeper – strong advantage).
• Previous experience in a high-tech / global company and multi-currency bookkeeping.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite – advantage.
• High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently.
