Overview:

Buildots is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our executives.

This is a full-time position in our Tel Aviv office, which requires some flexibility according to company needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management:
  • Schedule ongoing meetings and take care of ongoing schedule changes
  • Scheduling board and investor meetings
  • Coordinate with the executive the next week’s schedule planning
  • Overseeing Meetings Agendas:
  • Meetings preparations with key stakeholders
  • Assuring meetings’ summary are being sent
  • Assuring meeting action items are being followed
  • Travel Coordination: Organize all aspects of travel for the executives, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and expense reports submission.
  • Communication: When needed, serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all business matters

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a tech or startup environment, reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function well with a “make things happen” approach
  • Excellent people skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Efficient and problem solver approach
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree
