About The Role
Hiring the right people is one of the most important tasks we have ahead of us in order to achieve our exciting growth goals. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, who finds joy and excitement in identifying and bringing in the best talent there is for our open vacancies.
You will be a perfect fit for the role if you have the ability to address challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, you are a strong executer, and have the ability to work independently and engage others, see the big picture with a strong hands-on approach, and have excellent communication skills and a positive mindset.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to our teams worldwide, including profiling, sourcing, telephone interviews, in depth interviews, and proposal extension.
- Provide impressive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and an effective interview frame.
- Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance, and help them build exquisite teams.
- Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
- Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and the requirements of each interview process.
- Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support recruitment business decisions, strategy, processes, and activities.
- Take part and lead cross organizational recruiting initiative promoting different topics like candidate experience, diversity, employer brand, EVP creation etc.
- Plan and organize recruiting related events and special projects.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a high-tech or startup company, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Experience in technical recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.
- High level of efficiency, independence, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, initiative-driven, independent, and highly organized with a ‘can do’ approach.
- High energy and collaborative team player.
