About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize our data labeling and annotation operations. In this role, you will manage our relationships with international data suppliers and oversee a team in Israel responsible for suppliers’ performance, quality, and efficiency. You will design and improve workflows supporting our AI and machine learning products, collaborating closely with Product, and Data Analyst teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Full commercial and operational accountability for international suppliers
• Managing and mentoring a local team overseeing outsource operations
• Designing and optimizing data analysis workflows
• Defining metrics, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement
• Implementing new annotation tools and maintaining data guidelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in outsourcing/data operations management
• Managerial Experience - Proven leadership of Outsource operations (including OUtsource managers)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in data annotation
• Fluent English
