About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join Buildots’ newly established Major Projects Delivery Department during a pivotal year of scale.
The Major Projects Delivery Department is the backbone of Buildots Operations, responsible for creating and maintaining the Digital Twin framework for our clients’ most complex and high-value projects, such as large-scale data centers and advanced fabrication facilities. In the Project Manager role, you will own project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance, ensuring our internal teams stay aligned and our system is fully enabled to deliver a seamless client experience and long-term value.
As a Project Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of Buildots’ solutions within client projects, project teams, and internal stakeholders. You’ll balance hands-on project execution with strategic account management, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term success.
You will lead cross-functional efforts, juggle multiple priorities, and drive project success through strong organization, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Lead major projects from kickoff through full go-live. Manage delivery timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
- Oversee our system setup, support daily client requests, and overall system stability, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal operations teams, Customer Success, Product & Sales. Build strong relationships, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns. Escalate as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and drive client satisfaction.
- Track and report on KPIs to measure delivery success and project health.
- Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall client experience.
- Define work methodology and establish processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments, including remote and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Jira
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - a people-oriented leader with charisma and the ability to inspire collaboration and trust.
- Strong ability to navigate complex systems, drill down into details, and apply structured problem-solving.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and apply data to inform decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
- A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to attend the Tel Aviv office at least 4 days per week.
- Position may involve non-standard working hours to accommodate international client schedules and maintain alignment across time zones.
