The Role

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated field marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen Converge Bio’s brand presence across target accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Scientific Leads, and Product Marketing to craft the right messages for the right audiences — from biopharma R&D leaders to computational biology teams and clinical development groups.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scientific storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute regional and vertical-specific marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Own the full field marketing calendar: conferences, webinars, roundtables, workshops, and targeted ABM programs that require field activities.
• Initiate multi-touch campaigns that promotes field marketing activities.
• Own field marketing KPIs: pipeline influenced, opportunity acceleration, event ROI, and lead progression.
• Bring voice-of-customer insights back to Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Lead Converge Bio’s presence at scientific and industry events — including concept, messaging, booth experience, speaker prep, and onsite execution.
• Build pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize qualified leads and pipeline impact.
• End-to-end supplier management and all logistics related activities, including merchandise, competitions and prizes.
• Bring energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and take initiative on all event-related (pre, onsite, post), to differentiate us and have us stand out on events.
• Prepare team briefings pre-event, and onsite, and debriefings post-event that’ll summarize event performance.
• Partner with scientific and product teams to create compelling field materials: solution briefs, case studies, scientific one-pagers, brochures, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, marketing communications, or GTM roles in biotech, pharma tech, or deep-tech SaaS.

  • Familiarity of the life sciences landscape — ideally antibody engineering, genomics, single-cell, AI in drug discovery, or precision medicine.

  • Proven success running high-impact field programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Skilled at partnering with Sales, Product, Scientific teams, and leadership to build aligned GTM motions.

  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling stories.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with hands-on execution.

  • Creative, resourceful, data-driven, and experiment-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles in pharma/biotech.

  • Background in computational biology, bioinformatics, or adjacent scientific domains.

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
