What You’ll Do

Post-Sales & Customer Delivery

• Own the delivery of high-quality scientific outputs to customers
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and value realization
• Support troubleshooting, analysis, and scientific interpretation throughout engagements
  
  

Requirements:

Professional - Biologic expertise

• Deep biological expertise (MSc / PhD in life sciences) + experience in the biotech industry
• Hands-on experience with computational tools and databases (e.g. BLAST, Omega, PDB, Alphafold, Rosetta, NCBI, clinicaltrials.gov, KEGG etc. etc.)
• Familiarity with wet lab procedures (transfection, protein manufacturing, phage display, PCR, western blot, ELISA etc.)
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  
  

Professional - AI expertise

• Power user of Claude code / codex or equivalent coding agents Power user of design / presentation agents
  
  

Professional - Project Leadership

• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Can collaborate effectively within the company (sales, product, R&D)
• Strong organizational skills, including documentation management, milestone tracking, and ongoing progress monitoring
  
  

Soft Skills

• High quality professional English with preferably native-level English
• Clearly presents scientific methods and approaches
