The Role

We are seeking a Solutions Scientist to provide scientific depth throughout the customer journey. You will partner closely with Account Executives, lead the technical portions of customer conversations, and translate complex R&D needs into clear solution designs and scopes of work. This role is ideal for a hands-on scientist who enjoys customers, commercial problem-solving, and turning promising ideas into concrete next steps.

What You’ll Do

You will work across commercial and scientific teams to help customers understand, evaluate, and adopt Converge Bio’s AI solutions.

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, leading scientific discovery and the technical portions of customer calls.
• Translate customer R&D goals into technically sound solution concepts, and scopes of work.
• Prepare for and debrief customer meetings, and coordinate follow-up across sales, delivery, and R&D.
• Assess new opportunities through market research, scientific feasibility, and initial experiment design.
• Bring customer feedback into R&D and help identify product, capability, and performance improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on developments across R&D so you can communicate new capabilities accurately and identify opportunities with customers.
• Develop scientific sales education, FAQs, examples, and capability materials that help the commercial team communicate accurately.
• Support delivery handoffs so customer objectives, technical assumptions, and success criteria are clearly understood.
• Accommodate customer calls across time zones, including some outside normal working hours.
• Travel: occasional travel to conferences and customer sites.
