Role Overview
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Flexor’s brand presence, content strategy, and lead generation efforts. This position combines creative content creation with strategic campaign execution, offering a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling educational materials including blogs, white papers, case studies, and how-to guides to support lead generation, customer success, and sales process.
- Create and maintain sales collaterals such as one-pagers, presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Manage a content calendar.
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all materials.
- Design event marketing materials, including brochures, booth assets, and banners.
Digital Channels:
- Oversee owned channels like the blog, website, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Manage social media presence.
- Lead and execute paid advertising campaigns.
Event Marketing & Webinars:
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for offline and online events, including webinars.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with SDRs and sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Requirements
- A self-starter who thrives in hands-on roles and fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing for deep tech startups.
- A track record of launching products and driving brand awareness in high-growth settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience managing vendors to deliver marketing campaigns and materials.
