Description
Note: The position is based in Israel and requires working US hours.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated BDR to spearhead our lead generation and prospecting efforts.
As the first touchpoint for potential clients, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and scheduling high-value meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Engage with inbound and outbound leads through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce Flexor’s solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on their readiness to engage with the sales (team?).
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads, maintaining consistent communication to keep Flexor top-of-mind.
- Meeting Scheduling: Secure qualified meetings (SQLs) with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior data professionals.
- Event Participation: Represent Flexor at industry events to connect with potential prospects.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
- A proactive, independent work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Native-level English
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and unstructured data processing.
