Join Flexor as an Office Manager & Employee Experience professional, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office flow including facilities, supplies, kitchen management, vendors, and meeting rooms. You ensure the office is a productive, welcoming place to work.
  • Recruitment Partner: Work closely with HR to drive our hiring efforts. You will take an active role in sourcing technical talent, managing interview pipelines, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Employee Experience & Onboarding: Lead onboarding & offboarding processes with care and precision. You will be the first face new hires see, ensuring they feel at home from day one.
  • Culture & Welfare: Plan and manage company events, happy hours, gifting, and the annual welfare budget (including Gantt management).
  • Finance & Tech Support: Handle monthly financial wrap-ups (organizing receipts, tracking timesheets, purchase logs) and serve as the first line of support for internal tools and basic tech troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in office management/operations/admin roles.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment - advantage.
  • Marketing savvy - advantage
  • Operational Excellence: You are highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented. You are the person who "gets things done" and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel/Spreadsheets, and not afraid to troubleshoot basic technical issues or learn new internal tools.
  • Communication: Fluent written and verbal Hebrew & English is a must.
  • Personality: People-first mindset, approachable, and empathetic, but able to maintain high discretion and confidentiality.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated with high standards. You can manage multiple tasks with calm and clarity under pressure.
