About the Role: The Operations Manager plays a key role in planning, management, operational execution, and continuous improvement of Flip’s E-Commerce activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 10+ associates
• Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations
• Staff training and process improvement for all warehouse departments
• Oversee all Fulfillment department operations from batch generations to order picking and packing
• Direct Receiving department on all inbound PO's
• Responsible for the Returns department which deals with all customer orders and inventory reconciliation
• Complete Management of warehouse inventory department; including cycle counts

• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
