Position Overview:
As an E-commerce Marketplace Operations Specialist, you will be a crucial member of the Brand Support Team. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and address integration issues between Flip and various e-commerce platforms, with a special focus on platforms like Shopify. This is a high growth potential role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brands to understand and diagnose e-commerce integration challenges
- Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce integration issues in a timely manner
- Provide support to brands in optimizing their integration for a seamless shopping experience on Flip
- Collaborate with the technical team to report common issues and suggest long-term solutions
- General Brand Support: Act as a primary point of contact for brands, assisting with diverse inquiries, providing training, and ensuring that they utilize the full potential of Flip's platform
- 2 years experience managing e-commerce operations on storefront.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- Proficient with excel formulas
- Location: In-person at our El Segundo office
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $28-30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
