Overview

We’re hiring a full-time, hybrid Digital Marketing Manager based in New York City to lead the charge on digital campaigns, website content, and Gelt’s brand presence. You’ll plan and execute high-impact campaigns across paid media, email, social, and Webflow—targeting business owners, founders, investors, and HNWIs.

Fintech experience is required. You’ll need to understand the language, regulatory landscape, and mindset of our audience to create marketing that’s clear, credible, and compelling. You’ll also need to adapt content by industry—from startup founders to real estate investors to healthcare professionals.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, brand awareness, and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize Gelt’s social presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram with audience-specific content.
  • Own and maintain Gelt’s website content via Webflow, ensuring clear, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized experiences.
  • Plan, run, and refine paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Instagram, and others.
  • Write and edit high-impact content for landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and blogs—tailored by industry and audience segment.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, and Google Analytics to track performance, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns.
  • Apply SEO and SEM best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
  • Manage segmented email marketing efforts, including automations, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with tax experts and growth leaders to bring industry insights to life through marketing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., SEO, PR, website development) to support your work.
  • Stay ahead of fintech and marketing trends, and contribute fresh, high-performing ideas to the team.

What You Bring:

  • Fintech marketing experience is required, especially in B2B and/or high-trust service environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive results.
  • Experience managing and publishing content in Webflow or similar CMS tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills—you know how to simplify technical and financial content and make it engaging.
  • Comfortable using LLMs like ChatGPT to speed up content creation, spark ideas, and support execution.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social fundamentals.
  • Ability to adapt voice, tone, and message based on industry and customer persona.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
