Backed by leading investors and already trusted by major enterprises, we’re building mirrord — an open-source powered platform that helps developers run local code as if it’s deployed in the cloud, without the friction of full deployments or the risk of disrupting shared environments.
Our exceptional, high-performing team is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to own and expand our presence across APAC.
This is a high-impact role at the early stage of our growth — the perfect opportunity for a hungry seller to take ownership, close meaningful deals, and rapidly advance your sales career in a fast-moving startup.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle — from discovery and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale expansion.
- Drive retention & growth — maintain relationships with closed accounts, delivering upsells and renewals.
- Work top-of-funnel strategically — qualify inbound leads effectively and run targeted outbound efforts with the support of 3rd-party prospecting partners (until we build an SDR team).
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scale our sales processes, playbooks, and overall GTM strategy.
- Keep clean, reliable forecasts & notes, leveraging strong task management so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Consistently exceed annual sales targets through focused, high-quality execution.

Requirements
🔧 What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive managing full-cycle sales.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quotas in a B2B tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bonus: Experience in the Kubernetes space or selling developer tools.
