Description
MetalBear is looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth and expand our reach across global markets.
This is a great opportunity to join us as we scale in one of the most exciting early-stage startups in developer tooling. You’ll help shape our sales motion across the EMEA region, and directly influence how innovative tech companies ship code faster with mirrord — our open-source powered, production-grade platform.
You’ll handle 100% of inbound leads and also build pipeline through outbound prospecting and automation-driven outreach. This role is ideal for someone who’s both sales-minded and technically curious — comfortable experimenting with tools, building data-driven workflows, and working closely with AEs across the US and EMEA.
What you’ll do:
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Drive outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach at scale.
- Partner with AEs to improve conversion rates and handoffs.
- Build and optimize sequences, automations, and GTM data infrastructure using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (developer tools a plus).
- Proven success creating qualified pipeline (not just booking meetings).
- Fluent English and strong written communication skills.
- Curiosity and technical aptitude — you enjoy testing, integrating, and automating GTM tools.
- Experience building or maintaining data and automation workflows across the GTM stack.
