We are currently hiring an IT Specialist to join our Information Technology team. The IT team ensures Next Insurance is a phenomenal place to work every day. The team is responsible for maintaining and developing the technical infrastructure that empowers our organization's success. Our department works proactively to seek best practices and programs to make our employees' experience as user-friendly and efficient as possible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own all IT aspects as the first point of contact and assume an active role in global company-wide IT project executions
  • Manage the on/off-boarding of company employees which includes, but not limited to, provisioning equipment, workstation setup, identity, and access management solutions
  • Respond to IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remote
  • Support and guide users with 3rd-party SaaS solutions to enable smooth and efficient work
  • Configure, maintain, and monitor core IT tools like MDM, Collaboration solutions, Endpoint security tool, etc. to meet IT/Security policies and procedures
  • Ensure security of data, network access, and remote access

What We Need:

  • 1+ years experience in an IT, help desk or support role in a tech company
  • “Can do” self-starter with excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cloud-based software solutions such as G-Suite, Okta, Zoom, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, and troubleshooting both OS X and Windows platforms
  • Good understanding of IP Networking concepts (LANs, WANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.)
  • Experience in client endpoint management systems, security tools and monitoring - Advantage
  • Bachelor's degree required

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000-$105,000. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible to participate in our equity incentive program and will also receive our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.
