About The Role

Oligo is seeking a highly experienced senior global talent acquisition to join our growing team and take the lead as our first professional recruiter! This role is crucial to building the foundation for our talent acquisition strategy and establishing recruitment processes and infrastructure. As a senior recruiter, you will partner closely with all levels of management to develop and drive effective hiring strategies that support our expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes across various departments, both locally and globally.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Conduct in-depth HR and interviews to assess candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing from multiple channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies and onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to align hiring practices with company goals and contribute to the development of recruitment infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a global tech company, with previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and building recruitment processes from scratch, including for both local and international hires.
  • Proven experience in diverse recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Proven experience working closely with hiring managers at different levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English – A must.
