We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, support employees globally, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As the sole IT point of contact, you will manage internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high standard of IT service and security across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Administration & Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain Oligo’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across all systems.
- Administer user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and SaaS applications.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular updates, and uphold security best practices.
- Stay up to date with IT security policies, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
Helpdesk & Employee Support
- Provide technical support for all employees, both remotely and in person.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to macOS, Windows, Linux, office networks, audiovisual systems, and software.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops and SaaS applications.
- Conduct IT onboarding for new employees, including account setup and security training.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring quick resolution of IT support requests.
Security, Compliance & Documentation
- Support IT security initiatives and compliance efforts, including Okta, Azure AD, and IAM solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, supported technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure IT policies align with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
Vendor & License Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Track software licenses, renewals, and procurement of IT resources.
Technical Project Involvement
- Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, network expansions, and cloud infrastructure improvements (AWS, GCP, Azure - advantage).
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in IT administration and end-user support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience supporting IT operations in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, or Ping Identity.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot wireless and physical infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (advantage).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
