As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the full talent acquisition process and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely communication and engagement.
  • Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels and social media to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Attend, be active, and create events across Israel in order to hire top talents

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Unrivaled drive and determination, and can demonstrate agility in a fast moving and fast changing environment
  • Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and candidate-focused.
