About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and hungry US-based Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help build Port's presence in the U.S.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the GTM space deeply, knows our market and competitors, and is excited to be hands-on with both recruitment and operational support.
You must be based in Boston or Austin and comfortable managing coordination and operational tasks in one of our offices.
What You’ll Do
- Support full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) in the U.S.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, market landscape, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Own candidate coordination: schedule interviews, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Help manage office-related recruitment tasks and team logistics (swag, onboarding prep, local events, etc.)
- Source and engage top candidates across various channels with creative outreach.
- Stay informed about trends, talent movements, and competitors in the GTM ecosystem.
- Champion our employer brand and bring energy and care into every candidate touchpoint.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
- Deep familiarity with GTM roles and a strong understanding of the U.S. tech landscape.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, you're reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A people-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Based in Boston or Austin (mandatory) and comfortable coming into the office 3 days a week.
