About Port

Port is an open, flexible internal developer portal designed to streamline everything developers need to know to deliver software more productively and comply with organizational standards.

Every company’s software standards, platform, and developers are unique and Port enables platform engineers to unify and present all of the tools in their platform, so developers can work efficiently with clear guidance along the golden paths established collaboratively with stakeholders like security, SREs, and management.

From onboarding a new developer to setting up a microservice, performing daily operations to monitoring DORA and engineering metrics across the organization, Port is the only developer portal with the total flexibility to handle all our customers’ unique platforms and standards, without the cost and complexity of building from scratch.

About the Role

Port is looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our fast-growing team and take charge of recruitment efforts across all departments globally.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our global hiring strategy. You’ll lead and develop a team of recruiters, partner closely with hiring managers and executives across departments like R&D, Product, GTM, and ensure our talent acquisition operation scales in line with our rapid company growth.

You’ll also be responsible for building and evolving Port’s recruiting and HR infrastructure - including tools, workflows, and best practices - to support consistent, high-quality hiring and a great candidate experience across regions.

We’re growing fast, and we need a strategic, hands-on leader who knows how to scale recruitment operations globally while staying people-focused and agile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Port’s global talent acquisition strategy to support large-scale, multi-regional growth.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations across departments and locations, ensuring a smooth, high-quality hiring process.
  • Cultivate and direct a team of recruiters, providing mentorship to drive excellence and teamwork within the group.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring plans, role prioritization, and long-term workforce needs.
  • Implement efficient, scalable recruitment processes and HR infrastructure to support hyper-growth and ensure operational consistency.
  • Develop creative sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract world-class talent, including hard-to-reach passive candidates.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously optimize strategies and tools.
  • Ensure each phase of the candidate experience reflects Port's core values and organizational culture effectively and efficiently.
  • Track, measure, and analyze hiring data to inform strategy, evaluate team performance, and report on KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or team lead role within talent acquisition.
  • Proven success in scaling hiring operations across multiple departments and global locations.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing recruiters while managing complex, dynamic pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on experience in building and implementing recruiting infrastructure and processes.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in global contexts, with an understanding of cross-cultural hiring practices.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
