About the Role:

Port is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to lead the product organization through its next phases of scale and growth. This is a long-term leadership role with a clear path to Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Operating within a founder-led strategic direction, the SVP Product owns end-to-end product execution and outcomes, translating long-term vision into clarity, focus, execution excellence, and measurable customer impact across both platform and solution layers. As part of your role you will be responsible on:

• End-to-end ownership of Product, leading Directors and Product Managers
• Translating founder-led strategy into a clear, focused, and executable product roadmap
• Driving execution across core platform capabilities and solution-oriented initiatives
• Ownership of product direction for key solution areas, including engineering performance, incident management, security, onboarding, cost and ownership visibility, and AI-enabled workflows
• Driving measurable outcomes across onboarding, activation, time-to-first-value, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Building and scaling a strong product operating system, including discovery, prioritization, analytics, and Product Ops
• Leading pricing and packaging strategy in a sales-led environment
• Partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and reduce friction
• Hiring, developing, and retaining senior product leaders

What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)

• Product execution scales in line with sustained hypergrowth
• Product strategy is clear, trusted, and consistently executed across teams
• Time-to-first-value is materially reduced (target: ~7 days)
• Solutions deliver clear, observable engineering outcomes
• AI capabilities are embedded into real, actively used workflows
• A mature, accountable, and outcome-driven product organization is in place

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including senior roles in hypergrowth Series B, C, or D companies
• Demonstrated success leading and scaling organizations of Directors and senior Product Managers
• Strong domain credibility in DevTools, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure products
• Proven experience operating in enterprise, sales-led product environments
• Highly execution-oriented, pragmatic in decision-making, and low ego in leadership style
• Commitment to a long-term leadership role, with the ambition and readiness to grow into a Chief Product Officer position
