What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of UI/UX design and design strategy, driving product design from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with PMs to define and implement solutions to design problems.
• Lead the creation of user stories and design solutions alongside product teams.
• Lead and manage the design process from research to implementation, breaking down tasks and collaborating closely with the R&D team to ensure smooth integration.
• Design exceptional user experiences that are both functional and aesthetic.
• Own the quality and user journey, addressing technological constraints while tailoring design solutions.
• Work directly under the Head of Design and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative process where your work will have a significant impact, with an opportunity to grow the department in the future.
• Collaborate in building a trendy and cutting-edge product, with processes that are continuously evolving.

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Experience in managing a complex design system.
• Experience in designing and developing complex systems, highlighting your ability to tackle challenging technical problems.
• A collaborative team player skilled in driving initiatives to successful achievements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Full-time position from our Tel-Aviv office.
