About Port

At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic SDLC Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum.

We serve as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and present it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents.

By integrating rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we assist organizations in transitioning from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability.

As a product-led company, we believe in building world-class platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate.

Our growth is driven by the industry’s leading product and the continuous innovation of our customers - big and small, who use our platform to transform how developers work.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Filmer & Editor to join Port's creative team. You'll work directly with our Video & Motion Lead to produce high-quality video content — from studio brand shoots to social clips to conference coverage.

Day-to-day you'll be shooting and editing brand and social content in our in-house studio, cutting offline edits for review and feedback cycles, applying solid color grades to your own timelines, and occasionally heading out to conferences and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate our Sony FX3 and in-house studio setup for brand, social, and campaign shoots
  • Cut offline edits from brief to picture lock, managing the full feedback and revision cycle
  • Apply LUTs and basic color grading to your own edits — clean, consistent, and on-brand
  • Collaborate with the Video & Motion Lead on shoot planning, framing, and creative direction
  • Film at conferences, events, and off-site productions when needed
  • Keep project files, footage, and assets organized and accessible

Requirements

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in video production — both behind the camera and in the edit
  • Hands-on experience with Sony FX3 or similar cinema cameras and studio lighting setups
  • Experience filming brand, social, and event content
  • A portfolio showing a range of filmed and edited work

Software

  • Premiere Pro — primary editing tool, must be proficient
  • DaVinci Resolve — for color work; comfortable applying LUTs and basic grading
  • Nice to have - After Effects — working knowledge for basic motion tasks and handoff with motion designers

Skills & Traits

  • Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently within an established creative workflow and take direction well
  • Organized with project files, naming conventions, and asset management
  • Reliable and comfortable in a fast-moving, hypergrowth startup environment
