Position Overview:

In this role you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and management to design and execute Go-to-market strategies and activities with a focus on Marketing and events, but not limited to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute various Go-to-market activities such as conferences, dinners, happy hours, podcasts, webinars, workshops, etc.
  • Manage relationships and projects with outsource agencies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end event coordination including planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event follow up & analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-market activities with company goals and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in developing Go-to-market strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Provide support for sales enablement initiatives, including content creation and collateral development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in the ecommerce space

Requirements:

  • MUST: 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/Marketing Ops/Events from a Saas B2B company
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Proven experience working with CRM softwares
