About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to join our Sales team and accelerate growth by closing new business across our ideal customer profile. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from inbound lead qualification to closing new logos—while competing (and winning) against other players in the market.
You’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key role in scaling PrettyDamnQuick’s ARR engine. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact role best suited for top producers who thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a full sales cycle within an assigned territory or vertical
- Drive new ARR by closing new logos that fit PDQ’s ICP
- Lead all sales-related activities throughout the buyer journey, aligned to PDQ’s defined sales process
- Manage inbound leads from marketing, partners, and pipeline generation activities
- Navigate complex buying cycles and sell strategically against competitors
- Set customers up for success in POVs and handoffs to Customer Success post-sale
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Partnerships) to drive growth and feedback loops
- Stay sharp on product innovation, market trends, and competitors
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated success closing new logos and generating net-new ARR
- Consistent top-performer: regularly exceeds quota and ranks in the top tier of peer group
- Strong understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies; familiarity with MEDDPPICC is a plus
- Experience in or exposure to the eCommerce tech ecosystem strongly preferred
- Self-starter with a builder’s mindset—hungry, resourceful, and comfortable operating autonomously
- Highly coachable and growth-minded, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
