About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and dedicated Bookkeeper (Level 3) to join our growing Finance team. The Finance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and business obligations, while also building the infrastructure required to support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries for domestic and international entities.
- Ensure proper classification and coding of financial transactions in line with company policies and international accounting standards.
- Record pre-paid expenses and amortization.
- Record pre-paid expenses and amortization.
- Maintain bank account ledgers and perform reconciliations.
- Process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices, including payment process.
- Responsible for managing AR invoices, including invoice issuance and customer collections, for both domestic and international client
- Reconcile accounts and oversee intercompany transactions to ensure consistency and accuracy across entities.
- Oversee statutory filings such as VAT, withholding tax (monthly and annual).
- Support monthly closing activities, including accruals, bank reconciliations, prepaid accounts.
- Perform ongoing balance sheet reconciliations, including closing entries and cut-off accounts.
- Maintain the company’s Fixed Assets sub-ledger.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, improve systems, and implement best practices.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Bookkeeping Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a global company (Hi-Tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Priority (a must) ,Dokka, Mesh, and Netsuite
- Expert proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); native English is an advantage.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
