About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is equal parts strategist, leader, and hands-on executor.

This is an IC role - you'll be in the details, not managing from a distance. Someone who doesn't just define what we build, but shapes how we build it, and who we become while building it.

You'll own product strategy across our checkout, shipping, and merchant tools, including AI technologies that are transforming how merchants operate. But this role goes beyond roadmaps and specs. You'll be embedded with engineering teams, setting direction, unblocking delivery, and raising the bar on execution. When you speak, people lean in. When you set a direction, teams rally behind it.

We need someone who leads through clarity, earns trust through action, and makes the people around them better. If you're the kind of PM who sees product and engineering as one team with one mission-this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap across key areas-balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead engineering teams by example. Set clear goals, drive alignment, and create the conditions for great work.
• Be a force multiplier for delivery-anticipate blockers, cut through ambiguity, and keep momentum high.
• Drive discovery: deeply understand the ecommerce domain, talk to customers, analyze competitors, prototype fast, and validate ruthlessly.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the product portfolio and lead their development.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing, and speak directly with customers, to ensure what we build resonates in the market
• Define metrics that matter and use them to iterate, improve, and prove impact.
• Raise the bar on product and engineering culture-mentor others, challenge assumptions, champion excellence.
• Communicate with clarity and conviction-to your team, to leadership, to the company.

• 6+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a senior role working closely with engineering.
• Natural leadership presence - people follow you because they want to, not because they have to.
• A track record of shipping products that matter, from zero to scale.
• Data-savvy and technical - you can go toe-to-toe with engineers on architecture, trade-offs, and implementation.
• A problem-solver, not a finger-pointer. You translate complexity into clarity for customers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Data-driven instincts paired with strong product intuition.
• Communication that moves people-you can energize a room and bring others along on the journey.
• Bias for action. Low ego. High standards.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML products or LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with Shopify, checkout optimization, or logistics.
• Startup DNA: you've thrived in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Experience building and scaling product or engineering teams.
