As we scale, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across all functions.
This is an opportunity to join our founding HR and Talent Acquisition team, shaping the strategy and infrastructure to support our rapid global growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own the first stages of the hiring process—review resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate journey
- Source talent proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to fill global positions.
- Support recruitment operations by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining ATS data
- Assist with HR initiatives, such as employer branding, onboarding support, and internal recruitment projects
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion! For people, for innovation, and for building great teams
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations- preferably in a technical company
- Tech-savvy mindset- comfortable adopting and working with AI tools, automation, and recruitment technologies
- Experience with ATS tools, Linkedin and other sourcing techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with global teams or hiring across different regions is a plus
