Role Overview
As a Solutions Manager at REAL, you will work directly with our customers to help them successfully adopt and maximize the value of our platform.
This role sits at the intersection of finance domain expertise, data, and technology. You will partner with customers to understand their financial and operational workflows, translate complex accounting processes into structured solutions, and help organizations turn fragmented data into clear insights and actions.
This is a highly customer-facing role that combines analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong ownership. You will play a key role in ensuring our platform integrates naturally into the way finance teams operate and delivers measurable value.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers, supporting onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the platform
- Work closely with finance teams to understand their financial workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes
- Translate complex accounting and operational processes into clear, scalable system solutions
- Analyze operational and financial data to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization
- Lead customer implementations with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to bring customer insights into product development
- Help customers interpret insights generated by the platform and turn them into actionable decisions
- Monitor usage and adoption to ensure customers are receiving maximum value from the platform
- Contribute to improving the overall customer experience and solution methodology
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in tech companies - big advantage
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting structures, and operational finance workflows
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex financial and operational data
- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working in customer-facing environments
- Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and clarity
