Key Success Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who can sit at the center of customers, GTM, product, and R&D; bring structure where none exists; help define priorities; and ensure customer needs are translated into a clear and actionable R&D roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own and drive end-to-end strategic programs, ensuring alignment across multiple cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate company goals and customer needs into coordinated programs, aligning roadmaps across R&D and GTM teams.
- Establish and scale program-level operating models, planning processes, and cross-functional cadences.
- Drive alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across projects.
- Connect day-to-day execution to broader business objectives, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact.
- Leverage data and AI tools to optimize planning, visibility, and execution across programs.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, product operations, or a similar cross-functional role in a fast-paced technology company.
- Proven experience being the first person in this function or building new processes, operating models, and cross-functional rituals from scratch.
- Strong ability to create alignment between Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and R&D, turning business and customer needs into clear execution plans.
- Technical enough to work closely with engineering and product teams, understand system constraints, ask the right questions, and drive tradeoff discussions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market feedback, with the ability to translate insights into priorities, roadmap inputs, and execution decisions.
- Experience influencing priorities across multiple stakeholders, including leadership, product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to company goals and long-term product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to define and improve planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating cadences across teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and ensure clarity across functions.
- Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress without fully defined structures or processes.
- AI-native working style: uses AI tools fluently to improve planning, coordination, communication, analysis, and decision-making across projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize customer input, business priorities, and technical constraints into actionable recommendations.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, while managing dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
- Self-starter mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions, surface gaps, and help shape company priorities.
Nice to Have
- Background in developer tools, AI products, or technical B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers and customer-facing teams.
- Familiarity with roadmap planning, product strategy, or product management.
