After years of profitability, we raised $65M to expand the platform into vulnerability management and additional advanced capabilities.

We are expanding our Legal team and looking for a Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer to support our growing global operations.

This position will report directly to the General Counsel.

This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s compliance and privacy efforts, handling commercial agreements and providing ongoing legal advice to business teams, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors and external partners, mainly across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support compliance programs related to regulations, standards, and certifications.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company’s ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR and other global privacy frameworks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embed compliance and privacy requirements into business processes.
  • Support external audits, certifications, and regulatory processes.
  • Draft, review, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements with customers, partners and vendors.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance on commercial and operational matters.
  • Work with external legal advisors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Privacy and Compliance practice in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the high-tech department of a major law firm-Mandatory
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in regulatory frameworks, standards, laws, and certifications.
  • Experience with privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR and global privacy regulations).
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) with experience working with international stakeholders in Europe and the US.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Law degree from a top academic institute.
  • Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership.
