As a Sales Development Representative at Run:AI, you will be responsible for generating new and high-quality pipelines for our direct sales channel in the North America territory. Using a comprehensive sales technology suite, you will engage daily in strategic research of the AI Deep Learning Infrastructure space to determine the best companies/organizations and personas for engagement with our product. You will work directly with our North American sales team to produce and deliver effective outreach strategies through a variety of channels, including: phone calls, emailing, direct mail, LinkedIn and other social media, and events/networking. You will gain access to the brave new world of AI as well as the B2B SaaS space, not to mention honing critical sales skills and techniques. Every day you will be challenged by smart and driven teammates to learn and understand our unique market position and sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new, high-quality sales qualified prospects for our company
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Research and target exciting new accounts (companies and other relevant organizations)
  • Use all available sales data to recognize trends and drive outreach decisions
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects
  • Learn our industry and product inside out
  • Learn how to sell the Run:AI platform to prospective customers
  • Gain proficiency in various tools, in particular Outreach, Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo
  • Work with a close-knit team of talented sales leaders who will support you in your professional growth

What you'll gain:

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 2 year of experience as an Enterprise SDR
  • Native English - must
  • You are familiar with outreaching to a tech audience and are confident in speaking about technology
  • You are “target driven” and can handle a sales quota (monthly/quarterly SQLs)
  • You are a “hunter” by nature -- you thrive on making things happen from nothing
  • Salesforce and outreach experience a big plus
  • You have an internal motivation and drive to succeed in a challenging environment
  • You are willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment from the North American Leadership
  • You possess the ability to embrace feedback and improve
  • You hold yourself accountable for “a business within a business”
  • You show an eagerness to learn technology basics
  • You are willing and able to do heavy prospecting at scale
  • You are a hard worker with a strong sense of urgency
