The Role:

This is a termporary full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the U.S.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR and TA team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts during a maternity leave coverage. You’ll be responsible for managing hiring processes across multiple departments (mainly in the US), collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the US and globally (focus on go-to-market roles)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
Provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment: Skills in Interviewing and Hiring.
Experience recruiting across a variety of roles, including technical and sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
Availability to work US hours and start by September 1st or before.
