Our marketing specialist should have a passion for the detail-oriented, hands-on tasks involved in managing a diverse array of marketing processes and tools. Your main responsibility will be to aid in the development, measurement, optimization, and scaling of marketing initiatives. You will handle data and insights through the CRM platform ( and automation tools. By collaborating with the extended team, including the Sales Development Representatives, your goal is to provide effective support, build lead generation pathways, and craft experiences that drive impactful results.

You will report directly to the VP of Marketing

What you’ll do

  • Actively manage, maintain, and enhance Marketing Automation capabilities
  • Maintain and optimize lead nurture funnels
  • Develop and manage outbound emails for content and targeting, landing pages, and forms
  • Technically own Marketing tools, explore new tools, and help integrate them into our environment
  • Collaborate and support the Sales Development Team to empower the SDR team with better processes, tools, and automation
  • Analyze data and reports, assess trends, and work with the marketing team to determine the actions for optimizing campaign performance
  • Execute marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Regularly audit and identify opportunities to enhance our marketing programs and processes
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Maintain the database and prepare sales & marketing leads, meetings, and reports


  • Working experience with Marketing Automation tools in B2B companies
  • Working experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Zapier/Integromat (or similar service)
  • Native/close to native level of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experienced with project management tools (Asana or similar service)
  • Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly motivated, responsible mindset, and independent, can-do attitude
