As an IT Business Applications Specialist, you will administer SaaS applications like Atlassian and SharePoint, manage application lifecycles, and oversee IdP providers such as Entra ID for SSO and provisioning. The role involves collaborating with departments like Finance and Sales to translate business needs into technical requirements. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance system automation processes, stay updated with automation technologies, and document all processes in a comprehensive knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Administration of SaaS applications (Atlassian (JSM, Jira, Confluence), Monday, SharePoint, and more)
  • Manage the full application lifecycle, including configuring Identity Providers (IdP) such as Okta and Entra ID, integrating with various systems, and overseeing general implementation and administration tasks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, including departments such as Finance, Sales, HR, and more
  • Maintain existing system automation processes and provide necessary updates or enhancements
  • Keep up to date with the latest automation technologies and best practices
  • Document all automation processes and maintain a robust, searchable knowledge base

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Information System Administration / Integration Engineering or similar roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility and technical expertise
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions and platforms such as Make, Workato, Okta Workflows, etc - a must
  • Hands-on experience managing Identity Providers (IdP) such as Okta and Entra ID, including Single Sign-On (SSO), provisioning, and custom role management. - a must
  • Good understanding of HRIS (e.g., BambooHR), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and Finance systems (e.g., NetSuite Cloud)
  • Good understanding of REST API with the ability to effectively leverage them for seamless business automation and integration
  • Proficiency in data modeling and processing data flows – SQL Queries
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills in HTML, Ruby, JavaScript, or Python - Advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - a must!
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
