As the Art Director, you’ll work closely with the marketing and executive team and be responsible for developing campaigns that will come to life across all our media channels. You will play a critical role in re-imaging our website experience and, ideally, have some UX experience. A strategic position within the marketing organization, we are looking for someone to elevate our brand and continuously bring creativity and trends into all areas of our marketing. We need a creative and energetic leader who can clearly articulate the power of brand and evangelize its importance across the company. Most importantly, we are a very unified team that leads first with kindness and collaboration, so those personal attributes are essential. This person will be our first in-house designer, and eventually will have the opportunity to build a team as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Act as the ambassador of our brand identity to ensure our brand guidelines are upheld and used across the company.
- Collaborate with executives and senior leadership on brand campaigns.
- Work closely with Silverfort’s marketing leadership to ensure a consistent brand across all channels, internally and externally.
- Design outbound facing assets & templates: everything from marketing collateral to bespoke, creative ad campaigns
- Empower people and teams with templates, processes, and content to ensure we can scale
- Create PPT templates for general use, creating dedicated designs for specific events.
- Come up with the creative & design for booths, billboards, and outward-facing marketing structures/displays
- Design content & campaign materials: infographics, reports, one-pagers, ad banners, etc.
- Oversee website upgrades & redesign of our website including designing wireframes/components for web pages and partnering with the web development team to ensure design flawlessly makes its way into the final product.
- Manage & engage external contractors and ensure they deliver high-quality outputs.
- Manage internal team (in the future) and current external contract design team
Requirements
- 8+ years of art direction/design production/creative experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is required, in addition to other design & collaboration tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Comfortable using a project management tool like Asana or Monday.com
- Experience in video editing, animation and CGI a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker who can influence, brainstorm, and collaborate.
- Strong presentation skills to articulate rationale and evoke excitement with recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality standards.
- Brand and/or marketing agency experience a plus
