We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will manage the CEO’s schedule and tasks, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and assist with other day-to-day needs. The role requires high confidentiality and involves a broad spectrum of operational, organizational, logistical, and business aspects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate global conference calls with investors, customers, and partners, as well as internal meetings
- Help the CEO prioritize tasks, respond in time to urgent matters, and pass tasks to other team members when relevant
- Prepare and review materials for meetings and make sure all required facilities are in order
- Attend key meetings to capture, distribute, and track action items, and then follow up with key executives and stakeholders to ensure execution
- Prepare periodic presentations and meeting agendas if needed
- Collaborate with senior executive team members to bring the CEO’s attention to important topics based on priority, and get decisions on time-sensitive matters
- Travel coordination for the CEO, including transportation arrangements and scheduling meetings
- Assist with personal day-to-day tasks
- General administrative support to the CEO
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant
- Experience working in a global hi-tech company, preferably a large startup
- Native (or native-level) in English and Hebrew, both verbal and written with excellent communication skills
- ‘Gets things done’ - Highly proactive with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and responsibility
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a great team player with an ability to interact with many people inside and outside of the organization, in a professional and positive manner
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize
- Organized and detail-oriented
- High proficiency in MS Office
