As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive process improvements and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. This role will focus on managing strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing revenue and sales productivity.
- Partner with global sales management to improve business processes and achieve key objectives.
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce, Design and implement new processes, Create dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
- Recommend improvements and oversee the rollout of new processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a sales operations manager, preferably within the Saas industry
- Advanced proficiency (power-user or admin): Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement.
- Knowledge working with Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, Gong, LinkedIn is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and a strong team player.
- Proven experience in implementing new sales tools and applications
