We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Office Operations to lead and oversee our office management and executive assistant team in Tel Aviv. This role is part of our global HR team and is responsible for ensuring seamless office operations. We are looking for a person with exceptional attention to detail, people management skills, and a passion for creating an efficient, engaging, and seamless office experience for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of office managers and executive assistants
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendors to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, including building management, landlords, and service providers
- Plan and manage the annual office expenses budget, including parking arrangements and operational costs
- Overseeing and collaborating closely with the cleaning team to ensure a clean and organized workspace
- -Drive continuous improvement initiatives for office operations and executive support
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in office management, operations, executive support, or related roles
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading a team
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, High-tech global environment
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - a must
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience dealing with landlords, lease agreements, and building management
- Proven experience in end-to-end cross-organizational project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset and attention to details
- This position requires availability for 4 office working days
