We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team reporting to the Company’s Procurement Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading our procurement activities, overseeing the spend and ensuring optimal vendor agreements and purchasing procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Join the team that leads end-to-end the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
  • Lead procurement requests, including contracting requirements and negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Oversee the implementation of procurement policy, process, and guidelines, including training of internal stakeholders
  • Act as a business partner across departments, providing procurement guidance and support
  • Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments
  • Maintain and manage the vendor database, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
  • Tracking and improvement of procurement metrics and KPIs
  • Leverage procurement tools, automation, and AI-powered insights to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  • Use spends data, benchmarks, and market insight to find savings and improve commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven 2-4 years of experience in a global procurement role (preferably in hi-tech companies)
  • Experience in working with procurement tools (Zip or NetSuite experience – an advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
  • Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with suppliers worldwide
  • Familiarity with the tech market vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities
  • Comfort using data, automation, and AI tools to improve workflows and decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
