We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our global Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with our GTM teams to shape strategy, optimize revenue performance, and turn data into decisions that drive growth – owning top-line planning, SaaS metrics, and other business models.
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM topline planning and forecasting – own annual planning and rolling forecasts for bookings, ARR, and revenue
- Build and maintain revenue, pipeline, and costs models that connect business activity to financial performance, and deliver actionable insights on conversion, pricing, and growth efficiency
- Track and evolve core SaaS metrics and own monthly BvA analysis for top-line results
- Support the optimization and implementation of new FP&A software , Pigment’
- Assist with the development and tracking of the annual budget, as well as updating periodic forecasts
- Continuously seek ways to improve data reporting processes as well as financial modeling
Requirements
- 4+ years in FP&A at a growth-stage software company, with strong exposure to SaaS and GTM finance - must
- Experience owning top-line planning (bookings, ARR, revenue) and partnering directly with Sales and Marketing leadership - must
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- High standards of accuracy and precision; organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
- Continuously seek ways to improve data reporting processes as well as financial modeling
- BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- NetSuite experience - big advantage
- BI systems experience - an advantage
