Stream Security is seeking a dedicated HR Director to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the department's subject matter expert in topics pertaining, but not limited, to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, policy development, compliance, leadership development, and organizational learning.
  • Lead a robust employee development and retention program, including ensuring consistency in member interactions and advanced training opportunities for career growth and progression.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, diversity, and innovation..
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the People Team by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • proven experience as an HR Director \\ Head of HR or similar role
  • Experience with local and abroad recruitment processes and vendors
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decision-making
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
