Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate, agile, and motivated.

As a Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

You will help scale the business and bring a proven track record of building & and elevating Stream's brand in the Cybersecurity space.

The Senior Marketing Manager role will oversee Product Field Marketing, social media, PR, Conferences, Brand Management, and Go-to-Market Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Stream Security at industry conferences, webinars, and events, networking with key stakeholders and positioning Stream Security as a thought leader.
  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy that engages our audience, sets a narrative, and reinforces the Stream Security brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and retain advisors and ambassadors who can help achieve our mission and support our brand.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to create compelling materials and drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships through effective PR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with demand generation to develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns that engage our audience and promote pipeline growth
  • Design and execute a strategy for generating demand, using inbound and outbound tactics across various marketing channels to produce a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless flow of leads to support revenue goals. Promptly design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement kit.
  • Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (+5 years) in product-focused marketing leadership roles.
  • + 3 years Experience in enterprise SaaS start-ups, specifically in the Cloud Security/ DevOps domain.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience and hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and previous experience in marketing analytics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Successful track record of driving marketing programs in global startups
  • Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action (you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out and strategize the next)
  • Experience supporting global sales teams.
  • The strategic mindset to balance short-term needs with longer-term vision
  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
