About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our overall demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies across various channels. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance, and providing valuable insights to inform future initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis.
- Manage the creation of high-quality marketing assets, such as email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, social media content, and sales enablement materials.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and continuous refinement.
Digital Marketing Operations:
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, ABM tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales teams through effective lead scoring and routing processes.
- Implement robust tracking and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
- Develop and maintain accurate marketing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Identify and implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns to advance prospects through the buyer's journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools and support.
Website Optimization:
- Audit and optimize the website for user experience, journey, and conversion funnels.
- Develop and implement high-performing landing page experiences.
Paid and Organic Demand Generation:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute an organic search strategy, working closely with content marketing to implement SEO best practices.
ABM Program Management:
- Spearhead the maintenance and management of our target account list.
- Orchestrate ABM programs, including personalized outreach and account-based advertising.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including RevOps and potential digital marketing agencies.
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B technology company.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, DreamData, HockeyStack, etc).
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
