Ariga, a fast-growing, Series A company in our portfolio is seeking a Developer Relations Manager, to work closely with their community of users to ensure they achieve success with Atlas, a developer-centric database schema product. You'll actively engage in the community, support user adoption, and identify growth opportunities. They're seeking someone with a proactive mindset, a hunger to learn, and strong communication skills to become a key part of our customer success efforts.

Responsibilities

• Be the Advocate: Understand users' and customers’ challenges, communicating their needs to internal teams to inform product development.
• Provide Expert Support: Guide developers in integrating and using tools effectively, ensuring they succeed in their technical goals.
• Foster Strong Relationships: Build trust and rapport with users and customers through responsive, solutions-oriented engagement.
• Create Value: Help teams discover new ways tools can solve their challenges, driving deeper adoption and success.
• Empower Developers: Develop resources like tutorials, guides, and demos to make tools accessible and impactful.

Requirements

• Computer Science or related technical degree.
• Hands-on experience in an engineering or similarly technical role.
• Eagerness to learn about DevOps, developer tools, and database schema management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with platforms like GitHub, Discord, or Slack is a plus.
